“Borrowed Time” is the first single from the upcoming self titled debut album from We Are Hologram, which is due out later this year. The song & album, is a collaboration between Richard Nihil & Ari Leopold that started in late 2019. Most of the tracks were recorded at Ari’s Lava Lake Studio in Phoenix, Arizona. After the shutdown, the pair were forced to work remotely. The result is an 11 track record with influences ranging from Grunge to Classic Rock to Reggae to Blues & beyond. Nihil plays most of the instruments while Leopold handled the percussion, cello, recording & production. We hope that at the very least, this track can provide a 4 minute distraction from the ugliness in the world today.
